The application for bail has become infructuous in view of the trial having been concluded.
The judgment delivered by the learned Trial Court has been handed over by the learned advocate for the State which reflects that the petitioner has already been convicted by the learned trial Court.
Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1190 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous.
Judgment submitted by the State be kept with the record.
