1. It is submitted that at the intervention of the Coordinate Bench, the matter was referred before the Mediation Centre and accordingly, the final settlement report has been furnished on behalf of the Mediation Centre, whereby the matter has been settled with certain terms and conditions as per the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the parties herein.

2. Accordingly, it is prayed that let the matter be disposed of in terms of such Memorandum of Understanding.

3. Heard the submission, perused the materials on record as well as the final settlement report as received from the Officer-in-Charge, Mediation Centre, High Court alongwith the Memorandum of Understanding.

4. In view of the terms and conditions of the same, the revisional application being, C.O. 3309 of 2024 stands disposed of.

5. There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
