The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 11.9.2009 passed in Criminal Revision No.22 of 2009 by the Learned Sessions Judge, Purulia against an order passed by the Learned Sub-divisional Executive Magistrate, Purulia. Record of the revisional application reflects that the same till date has not been admitted and lastly when the matter appeared on October 9, 2009 none represented for the petitioners. Having regard to the time which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that the purpose of the revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 3761 of 2009 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
