The petitioner filed this application for quashing of proceedings being CNS Case no. 414006 of 2014 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 20th Court, Calcutta under Section 420/406/504 part II/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The record reveals that an interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner for ten weeks from 24.6.2016 but no interim order is subsisting as on date.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed for default.
