1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and having regard to the statement of the relative, who prima facie committed suicide within five months of his marriage, that she was tortured by the present petitioners, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Soumen Sen, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
