Mr. Sanjay Banerjee, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as his instruction goes, the investigation has already been ended in charge-sheet with a further prayer to file supplementary charge-sheet.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner wants to withdraw this revisional application with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet filed by the investigating agency.

Mr. Dhillon Sengupta, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that he has no objection if the prayer made by the petitioner is allowed.

Accordingly, the revisional application along with connected application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the supplementary charge-sheet submitted by the investigating agency.
