1. Learned counsel for the parties submits that the parent order has been complied with in the meantime.

2. Accordingly, the contempt application as well as the connected Rule need not be kept pending further.

3. Hence, WPCRC 24 of 2024 is hereby discharged and WPA 15216 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. Liberty, however, is given to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the authorities during pendency of the present application.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
