On consideration of the same, I am of the considered view that the same cannot be adjudicated before this court and are exclusively to be considered in the learned Executive Court. Accordingly, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application before the learned Magistrate.

Thus, CRR 3018 of 2012 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
