The JCB vehicle seized from the spot belongs to the petitioner no.1. The petitioner no.2 is the driver of such vehicle. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in the incident. Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 4830 of 2022 is dismissed.
