1. The petitioner is the present Prodhan of the Gram Panchayat and he has made allegations against the erstwhile Prodhan who is the 8th respondent and also the Ex-Nirman Sahayak of the Gram Panchayat who is the 9th respondent.

2. In our view, the petitioner, who is presently the Prodhan of the concerned Panchayat, has been elected to office by way of a public mandate and we feel that he does not require assistance of this court to take care of the affairs of his Gram Panchayat.

3. Therefore, it is well open to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned by way of a representation which will be dealt with by the concerned authorities in accordance with law.
