Report is placed on record. The documents relied on by the petitioner in support of his plea of Indian citizenship do not appear to be genuine.
In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
We direct the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
