Ed. student of Bankim Behari Teachers Training Institute, Paschim Medinipur. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the result of the supplementary examination of the first semester and third semester examination were not published by the University though he had appeared in the said examinations and successfully cleared the papers. The College has filed a report which, in fact, supports the stand of the writ

petitioner. Despite service the University is not represented.

I am not inclined to keep this writ petition pending. I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the Controller of the Baba Saheb Ambedkar University, respondent No.2 to take steps on the basis of the documents disclosed in the report filed before this Court.

The College shall forward the report to the University within a period of seven days from the date of communication of this order and the Controller shall take steps to publish the result of the petitioner on the basis of the report filed by the College within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, WPA 22492 of 2023 is disposed of. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
