The learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-III, Barasat, District : 24-Parganas (North), by the order impugned dated April 23, 2024 has permitted the opposite party to carry out amendment in his application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, registered as Misc. Case No. 5 of 2022.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order impugned.

C.O. 3311 of 2024 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
