Dipayan Chatterjee (Through Video Conference) The appellant is not represented even in the second call nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. The appellant was also not represented on the earlier occasion. Having considered our earlier order dated 11th November, 2021 and taking note of the nature of the order impugned, we feel that the appeal has now become infructuous by passage of time and accordingly, dismissed as time barred.
