The present revisional application was preferred challenging the judgement and order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Track Court No.3, Barrackpore in criminal revisional application no.325 of 2011.

The subject matter of the said revisional application was order dated 19.08.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Barrackore which reflects that after appreciating the material which surfaced the order of ad-interim maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month was awarded to the wife and another Rs.3,000/- to the minor child aggregating to a sum of Rs.6,000/- per month.

The learned revisional court on appreciation of the material was pleased to affirm the order passed by the learned Magistrate. Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned trial court as well as the revisional application, I am of the view that the same are adhering to the basic principle of law relating to Chapter 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and as such, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 3034 of 2012 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
