Compliance report dated 25th November, 2025 has been filed by the Block Development Officer, Manikchak Development Block, Malda and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that the S.D.O., Malda Sadar has passed appropriate orders on 6th August, 2025 to demolish the unauthorized construction. The B.D.O., Manikchak Development Block, Malda has confirmed the demolition.

Photographs of the demolished property are annexed with the report. 3.

Therefore, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.
