In Re : An application under Sections 397 and 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 13th August, 2012 passed by the Court of the learned Executive Magistrate, Sadar, Hooghly in connection with Misc. Case No. 939 of 2012 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the time constraint under the said Section I am of the view that the same has become infructuous by passage of time.

Accordingly, no interference is called for by this court and the present revisional application being CRR 3040 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
