Leave is granted to the petitioner to correct the police station which has been referred to in the writ petition.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner complains that the private respondents initially tried to encroach upon the property of the petitioner and thereafter has blocked by installing pillars and thereby encroached a portion of the property of the petitioner. To that effect, information was furnished to the police.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the petitioner and the private respondents are brothers. A civil suit is already inter se pending between the parties being T.S. No.04 of 2025. Police authorities have already drawn up proceedings under Section 126/135 of the BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities have drawn up proceedings under the aforesaid provisions, police authorities would ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility and would further see to that if any order is passed by the civil court, in that case, the same is respected, obeyed and implemented.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22842 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
