Prayer for anticipatory bail of co-accused was rejected on September 16, 2022 in CRM(A) 4440 of 2022. Learned advocates appearing for the State submit that the petitioners in the two applications are similarly situate as that of the co-accused whose prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected.
There are materials in the case dairy suggesting that the petitioners in the two applications are involved in ransacking the house of the victim and setting the house on fire. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in both the applications. Prayers for anticipatory bail of the petitioners in both applications are rejected.
CRM (A) 4831 of 2022 and CRM (A) 5104 of 2022 are dismissed.
