This matter has been taken up after exchange of affidavits.
Upon hearing the parties, we are of the view that there is no willful deliberate contumacious violation by the alleged contemnor.
In light of the same, the contempt application is disposed of without passing any further order. The contempt proceeding is dropped.
The petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law, if so advised.
It appears that certain amount of money is admittedly payable to the applicant/petitioner. Counsel
on behalf of the alleged contemnor submits that the said payment shall be made within a period of two weeks from date.
