It is submitted by the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner that the parties have settled the dispute amicably and by virtue of an order passed by this Court on January 21, 2026, the proceeding pending before the learned court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore, Hooghly has been quashed. The learned advocate further handed over to this Court a copy of the Email addressed to the learned advocate given by the petitioner expressing her willingness to withdraw the aforesaid application. Let that be taken on record.

2. In view of the above facts and circumstances, let this revisional application be dismissed as withdrawn.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

4. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
