On 19th April, 2024 Contempt Rule was issued against the alleged contemnors. The Rule was made returnable on 3rd May, 2024, however, before the Rule would be served the matter was mentioned on behalf of the alleged contemnors on 22nd April, 2024 submitting that the order under contempt has been complied with. The learned Advocate for the petitioner was also present at the time of mentioning and admitted that subsequent to the order passed on 19th April, 2024, the appointment letter has been issued to the petitioner. A copy of the appointment letter issued

on 20th April, 2024 to the petitioner placed before the Court is taken on record.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the matter has been brought into the list. Considering the submission made by the alleged contemnor which is admitted by the petitioner, nothing further remains to be adjudicated. The rule which is yet to be served is discharged. The contempt proceeding is dropped. The contempt application is disposed of recording the compliance of the order dated 27th June, 2022 being the order under contempt.
