Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits bail prayer for the petitioner was rejected in June, 2022. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample evidence connecting the petitioner in the crime. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in June, 2022. There is no change in circumstance since then.
