The instant criminal revisional application is pending since 2011 and as such is required to be disposed of. The instant revisional application has been filed for quashing the G. R. Case No. 505 of 2009 arising out of Bagnan P. S. Case No. of dated 08.05.2009 under Sections 147/148/149/448/325/302/435/379/427 of the Indian Penal Code along with 9 (B) of the Indian Explosive Act pending before the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia. Perused the contention of the petitioners as well as the impugned order.

The charge sheet has been submitted. The seizure list corroborates the prosecution case to a certain extent as appears from the charge sheet. Cognizable offence has been made out which have been committed by the petitioners which require proper trial through adducing evidence and as such this court is not inclined to quash the aforesaid proceeding.

The revisional application being CRR 3595 of 2011 is dismissed.
