1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case diary which prima facie shows that the petitioner is the owner of a motorbike which alleged to have been used for transportation of contraband articles and the contraband articles have been seized from the place of occurrence and also having regard to the CDR showing frequent calls between the petitioners and the co-accused in close proximity to the raid being conducted by the BSF personnel, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Soumen Sen, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
