1. Heard the submission of the learned advocates appearing for the parties.

2. The petitioner is in custody for more than eight years. A charge has been framed against the petitioner.

3. Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he was not FIR named accused person and CCTV footage whereby he has not been identified. Furthermore, there is not remote possibility to conclude the trial.

4. Learned prosecution raised objection.

5. Perused the order passed by the co-ordinate bench on April 21, 2025 the trial has not been commenced. The other accused has been arrested.

6. Facts and circumstances of the case as well as the extent complicity prima facie found that this Court is not inclined the prayer of the petitioner.

7. Thus, the application for bail in respect of petitioner is rejected.

8. Accordingly, the application being, CRM(M) 1772 of 2025 stands disposed of as rejected.
