1. Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. This revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for expeditious disposal of Section 12 application filed in Misc. Case No.250 of 2023 (Act VIII) which is pending before the learned First Track Court II, Barrackpore.

3. It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the interim application for visiting of the child is pending for one year and the petitioner being father has filed the Act VIII application for having the custody of the child after the decree of divorce has been granted in connection with the MAT Suit.

4. Perused the application, certified copy of the order passed in connection with the suit along with the documents annexed to the revisional application which reveal that application under section 12 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 has been filed on 8th

July, 2024. Considering the nature of the application, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned trial court for compliance.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the revisional application is disposed of.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, on priority basis, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
