On behalf of the State it is submitted that the writ petition is not maintainable in view of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955.

On an earlier occasion also, the petitioner was not represented.

In view of repeated non-appearance of the petitioner, W.P.A. No. 22856 of 2022 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
