Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the issue involved in the original application was decided by this Court in WP.ST 9 of 2021 by the judgment and order dated June 19, 2023. He submits that the writ petitioner is of 46 years and that, the original application is pending for a considerable period of time.

State and the Public Service Commission are represented.

The original application is yet to be finally decided. The Tribunal listed the matter for hearing on February 29, 2024.

The claim that the issue raised in the original application is covered by the judgment and order of this Court is yet to be adjudicated upon.

Apparently, the Tribunal is without a Chairperson presently. A member is officiating as the Chairperson. In such circumstances, we find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

WP.ST 135 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
