Petitioner complains that the valuable articles in course of investigation of Mongalkote Police Station case no. 201/25 has not been recovered till date. There is certain recovery however, those were undervalued articles.

In view of the report submitted by the police authorities the list of unrecovered articles be handed over to the police authorities. Police authorities would after receipt of the same conduct their investigation, seek assistance and cooperation of the present petitioner, who has set the law into motion and take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22737 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
