AGP Mr. SM Samim Ullah ... for the State - respondents In the fourth paragraph of the earlier order dated 04.11.2024, which reads as "State has submitted a report which reflects that a criminal case has been registered against the petitioner" be modified and read as follows:

"State has submitted a report which reflects that criminal cases are pending before the jurisdictional police station."

This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 04.11.2024.

Pursuant to the earlier directions

dated 04.11.2024, the petitioner has entered her residence. A report, to that effect, has been submitted by the officerin-charge of Gosaba P.S. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is staying at a remote place, another week's time may be afforded to the petitioner with the earlier direction, as she has not been able to file appropriate application before the authorities under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007.

In view of the prayers so advanced, the directions so passed by this court in respect of deputing a lady police constable, who would visit every alternate day to ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility being violated, would continue till 30th of November, 2024.

The Inspector-in-charge of Gosaba

P.S. would ensure that no harm is committed upon the petitioner who has entered her residence.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 23311 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
