1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and in view of the fact that there are incriminating materials suggesting that the proceeds of the crime as gone is traceable to the account of the petitioner who happens to be brother of Chattu Goswami, the principal accused, who is in custody and more over we have also taken note of the fact that there is criminal antecedents so far as the present petitioner is concerned and a Cyber Crime Police Case no. 03/2024 dated 07.09.2024 under Section 240 of Indian Penal Code and Section 66D of IT Act is pending against the present petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Soumen Sen, J.)
