By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the appellate authority dated 21st September, 2022. It appears from record that the appeal in question was filed by the petitioner against the cancellation of his registration by the WBGST authorities on 24th May, 2019 while the appeal was filed on 28th August, 2022 which is more than three years from the date of cancellation of the petitioner's registration as appears on perusing the impugned order of the appellate authority.

I do not find any reason to interfere with the same and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 22864 of 2022 is dismissed.

If petitioner makes any application for fresh registration in accordance with law, the same may be considered by the authority concerned strictly in accordance with law.
