Heard learned lawyers for both the parties.

Petitioners are in custody for about one year and five months. They renew their bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners had come in a body on a motor-cycle. Thereafter, Sunny and Arif fired at the victim resulting in his death. Their bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 5.

Accordingly the application for bail, is thus, rejected. (Gaurang Kanth, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
