1. Petitioner renews his prayer for relaxation of conditions of bail i.e. not to enter Ratua Police Station and to meet the Officerin-charge of Police Station concerned within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing once in a week. His earlier prayer to relax the said conditions was turned down on the premise victim had not been examined. He has again made similar prayer.

2. Learned Advocate for the State submits report. Report shows petitioner has entered Ratua Police Station on several occasions and is staying at his house at Narottampur Diyara/Diara, Police Station-Ratua from time to time.

3. In view of the fact the petitioner has not complied with the aforesaid conditions and as the victim has not been examined as yet, we are not inclined to relax the conditions of bail.

4. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 2 of 2023 is dismissed.
