This is a writ petition of the year 2009. The petitioner has prayed for an order evicting the private respondents from the plots, which the petitioner claims to be the owner thereof.

Such a relief cannot be granted by a writ Court while exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, since the writ petitioner is not represented, W.P.A. 17732 of 2009 stands dismissed for default.

However, the dismissal of the writ petition shall not prevent the writ petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
