1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), South 24-Parganas is not represented. A representative Mr. Subrata Kumar Biswas, Assistant Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24-Parganas has communicated instructions dated 11.02.2025 indicated that the D.I. of Schools has forwarded the case of the petitioner to the Schools Service Commission on 10th February, 2025. There is delay on the part of the D.I. of about 3 years in compliance with this Court's order.

3. It is expected that such delay does not occur in future again.

4. The petitioner shall sit with the Chairman, Central School Service Commission, West Bengal on 27th

February, 2025 at 2.00 p.m. when a school as chosen by the petitioner or one nearby such schools, may be considered by the Chairman for transferring the petitioner.

5. Upon issuance of order of transfer, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall issue necessary orders of transfer.

6. In view of the above, CPAN 1038 of 2022 along with CAN 1 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

7. The instructions of the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), South 24-Parganas dated 11.02.2025 is kept with the record.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
