Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case dairy. He submits that the petitioner was involved in preparing crude bombs. Seizure list was made of such bombs and the materials seized from the house belonging to the petitioner. There is a seizure list which speaks of seizure from explosive materials from the house belonging to the petitioner. Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4837 of 2022 is dismissed.
