Mr. Kajal Ray .....for the petitioner This is an application for expeditious hearing of Title Suit No.220 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Chandannagore.

Mr. Ray, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the injunction application has already been disposed of and the defendants have already filed their written statement.

In view of such submission, C.O. 3306 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Chandannagore to dispose of Title Suit No.220 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

No costs.
