It appears that the petitioner has complied with the earlier conditions of bail, as contained in the order dated 14.11.2019. There is also no adverse report against the petitioner. Upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been filed. In view thereof, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 14.11.2019 passed in C.R.M. 10465 of 2019, to the effect that the petitioner 'shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders', is waived.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is, accordingly, disposed of.
