Petitioner claims 18 years service benefit, house rent allowance and arrear medical allowance for the period from January, 2019 to June, 2019 and arrear salary for the month of May, 2009. In support of such contention made on behalf of the petitioner, attention of this Court has drawn to page 28 of the writ petition which is memo dated 10th June, 2022 issued by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas whereby referring to the observations made by the Joint

Director of accounts, Barrackpore, the concerned school authority was requested to comply with those observations and forward the papers relating to service of petitioner to the office of the District Inspector of Schools.

Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State respondents submits on instruction that papers were duly submitted by the school authority on 16th September, 2023 and subsequent thereto aforesaid claim of the petitioner was allowed by the Commissioner of School Education.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the State respondents, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned respondent authorities to release the benefits as indicated above in favour of the petitioner by fortnight from the date of communication of this order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
