Mr. Prakash Mishra .....for the State In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for waiver of the conditions of bail granted on 06.12.2024.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there has been compliance with the conditions imposed and there has been no violation of the conditions also.

Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that the conditions so imposed while granting bail on 06.12.2024 be hereby waived.

However, this will not prevent the learned trial Court to impose any conditions for securing the presence of the petitioner in course of the trial.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
