The present application is preferred by the petitioner praying for getting direction for expeditious disposal of the petition filed by the petitioner on 3rd January, 2014 in connection with Title Suit no. 38 of 2007 pending before the learned Trial Court.

It appears to me that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present application. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/2623/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
