Statements of witnesses prima facie disclose torture on the housewife who committed suicide within one year of marriage. In view of the incriminating materials and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4833 of 2022 is dismissed.
