By an order passed on 3rd April, 2025, the petitioner was permitted to submit his passport before the learned trial Court on or before 25th April, 2025.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been invited to attend the London Mohotsav as a guest between 3rd May and 4th May, 2025 and in terms of his tour itinerary, is scheduled to return to India on 9th May, 2025. The petitioner seeks further extension of time to deposit his passport before the learned trial Court till 12th May, 2025.
Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties as well as the fact that nothing adverse has been reported against the petitioner till date, the petitioner is permitted to travel to London for attending the London Mohotsav and submit his passport before the learned trial Court by 13th May, 2025 (12th May, 2025 being a holiday) positively. Further conditions imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 19th May, 2025 shall continue.
Let the matter appear under the same heading on 16th May, 2025.
