His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Mr. Prantick Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that present revisional application was preferred at a stage when the investigation was in progress. Subsequently the investigation has been concluded and the chargesheet has been submitted. Learned advocate intends to agitate the points canvassed in the present revisional application as well as other points at the stage of consideration of charges. Having regard to such prayer, I grant liberty to the petitioners to agitate such points at the stage of consideration of charges after receipt of the copies under section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned trial Court will consider the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made by this Court while disposing of the presenting revisional application. Accordingly, CRR 3808 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
