The restoration application being CRAN No. 2 of 2024 is allowed.

The order passed on March 14, 2024 is set aside. The revisional application being CP No. 3615 of 2023 be restored to its original file and number.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the application along with annexure thereto upon the opposite party and file affidavit of service on the adjourned date.

The petitioner shall continue to pay Rs.6000/- to the private respondent/opposite party in terms of the order dated April 05, 2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Fast Track Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas in Criminal Appeal No. 67 of 2022 with Criminal Appeal No. 78 of 2022 until further orders.

Let this matter appear under the heading "Contested Application" on August 30, 2024.
