Perused the office report dated 04.07.2023.

It transpires from the said office report that following defects still persist in this appeal:

1) The Memorandum of Appeal needs to be classified in words at its head,

2) The certified copy of the decree on appeal bears wrong date of judgement of that court.

The Ld. Advocate for the appellants is directed to remove the defect as mentioned in the point no.1) within one week from this date.

The certified copy of the decree on appeal be sent down within one week from this date to the Ld. First Appellate Court for necessary correction in the light of Or.41, Rule-35(1), C.P.C.

The Ld. First Appellate Court is directed to retransmit the certified copy of the decree on appeal to this Hon'ble Court after necessary correction against the defect as mentioned in the point no.2) within two weeks from the date of receipt of communication alongwith the certified copy of the decree on appeal from the department.
