Mr. Biswajit Tiwari ... For Petitioner This is an application for expeditious hearing of Misc. Case No.18 of 2023 arising out of O.C.(Ex) Case No.205 of 2008. It appears from the order sheet that hearing of a petition for stay in connection with Misc. Case No.18 of 2023 was fixed on 8th September, 2023. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that hearing of the said application has been adjourned to 1st December, 2023.

In view of such submission, CO 3308 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 1st Court, Malda to take up hearing of the application for stay filed in connection with Misc. Case No.18 of 2023 on the next date fixed and to dispose of the same within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
