CRR No. 3974 of 2024 In Re: Md. Jiyaryul Mondal @ Jiyarul Mondal & Ors. Mr. Shekhar Barman .... For the Petitioners The petitioners have assailed the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Barasat, North 24 Parganas on 14th March, 2024 in Sessions Case no. 495 of 2022 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against them.

The petitioners were on bail all throughout and warrant of arrest was issued against them vide order passed on 14th March, 2024 due to their absence before the Court without any steps. The petitioners undertake to surrender before the learned trial Court within 7 days from date. If the petitioners surrender before the learned trial Court within 7 days from date, learned trial Court shall allow them to remain on the same bond. Warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners be stayed till 8th October, 2024.

In the event the petitioners fail to surrender before the learned trial Court within the stipulated time frame, learned trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioners in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

The revisional application being CRR 3974 of 2024 is disposed of.
